Hi Carolyn and Jesse,

Merry Christmas! I'm not sure what day it is there,
but it's 8:30 AM on the 24th here. I guess you guys
are in Baku. Should be fun seeing all of the other
folks there. Hope the training session isn't too
intense and you can have some fun getting together
with everybody. We're really loving reading your blog
and following all of your adventures. The pictures
are great. I cracked up at the one of Jesse with the
camels on your Xmas card.

Kim and I will be spending a quiet Christmas. Her dad
had his surgery last week and seems to be doing okay.
We'll go out to Forest Grove today for a visit then be
on our own for the rest of the holiday. I'm cooking
a small prime rib on the Traeger for dinner and we'll
probably watch some Christmas DVD's or something.
Pretty low key.

I'm sure you're really looking forward to London and
Istanbul - that should be awesome. Have a great
Christmas and New Year. Know that we are thinking of
you and love you both.

Steve

Hey guys,
Just wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas and Milad Mubarek! Hope the 46 degree weather is treating you well. Ben flys home today for Portland after 10 days in Hawaii, I will stay a little longer (love that teacher work schedule). Did you get to have stuffing or a turkey? How are your jobs, peace corps buddies, etc?
Wishing you all the best
Love,
Devon and Ben
